Our Terms
You can cancel your reservation 48 hours before the tour departure date for a full refund. Any cancellation within 24 hours before the tour departure date will be charged the deposit paid. Any cancellation no-show will be charged 100% of the full price. If the tour is canceled due to bad weather or a breakdown, we will refund your reservation. We refund any additional balance with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Please note: If you do not show up for the tour, you will be charged 100% of the cost. In the event of unforeseen circumstances/technical issues on our part, or poor weather conditions, we will do our best to work with you to reschedule the tour. If rescheduling is not an option, a 100% refund will be issued.For reservations made on the same day , no changes or cancellations will apply,

Resevation Requests
For each excursion reservation, mention the age of the children and notify of any culinary inconvenience, disability or restrictions. They must present confirmation of the activity when boarding the transportation. Always check your email within 24 hours of the excursion in case of change. It is advisable to contact us via email or WhatsApp if you have any questions, the drivers are not customer service.
